My item is damaged/defective what do I do? TOP

Damaged/Defective Item Policy
 
Please email  within 3 days of receiving the damaged/defective product.  In your email, please include your name, order number, and description of damage.
 
Your damage will be forwarded to the claims department of the carrier.  Do not return any damage/defective items, while a claim is being processed because the carrier may pick up the order for inspection.
 
After the claim has been approved, you will receive a refund or a replacement will be offered if available.
 
If a special order is damaged or defective, we will contact the vendor for a replacement.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information but mistakes happen.  Luxurious Baby reserves the right to make corrections and changes without notice.

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without prior notification. Product photos are manufacturere stock photo's and product appearance and/or packaging may vary. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to manufacturer product changes, discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.
 
Luxurious Baby will notify the customer if an order has to be canceled or changed for reasons stated above.

We do not accept COD, company check, personal check, money order or other payment methods not listed above.

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank.

At this time, Luxurious Baby does not offer layaway or any installment plans. 
If this policy changes, customers will be notified immediately.

What is the Pre-Order and Special Order Policy? TOP

Pre-Order and Special Order Policy
 
Luxurious Baby offers pre-orders for new products from manufacturers.  Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.  By paying for the pre-order at checkout, you are guaranteed your merchandise.   Due to market conditions, manufacturers may cancel the prodcution for new items.  We will immediately contact cutomers if pre-order items are no longer in production.
 
Special orders are charged at the time of order placement by the customer.   Special order can not be canceled or refunded because the item is being designed specifically for the customer.  Special orders usually take  3 to 6 weeks for arrival. 

When will my order ship? TOP

 
At Luxurious Baby, all instock orders will ship within  1 to 4 business days.  If  an item takes longer than 1 to 4 business days for shipping, it will be noted in the item's listing.
 
Occassionally, due to a high demand, an item will be backordered.  We will notify customers of backorders and ship when stock becomes available.  Your card will be charged if the item will be in stock within 7 days.  If the item is backordered for more than 7 days, your card will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.


 

Does Luxurious Baby ship internationally? TOP

International Shipping
 
Luxurious Baby ships worldwide.  International orders will ship via USPS.  We offer USPS Priority International Mail and USPS Express International Mail.  We advise using USPS Express International Mail because this method is trackable and the first $100 is insured.
 
We have been shipping internationally for years.  We always welcome international buyers.

Does Luxurious Baby offer free shipping? TOP

Free Shipping Policy
 
All orders $150 and up ship for free. Free shipping methods do not include expedited shipping methods.  All free shipping orders ship by standard shipping methods. 
 
Interantional Orders and Special Orders do not receive free shipping. 
 
Oversized items do not receive free shipping unless it is stated in the item description.

 
 

Does Luxrious Baby charge sale tax? TOP

Sales Tax
 
Luxurious Baby only charges sales tax for orders being delivered in the state of GA.  Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout through the shopping cart.

How is the Shipping Charge calculated? TOP

Shipping Charges
 
All in stock and domestic orders $150 and up will ship for free. If your order is less that $150, shipping cost will apply. Shipping cost is calculated when an item is added to the shopping cart. When your order total reaches $150 then shipping cost disappears.  The shopping cart calculates shipping charges based on the total weight of the order.
 
Unlike domestic orders, international order shipping charges will be based on weight and country location.

What is the status of my order? TOP

After an order ships, an email will be sent containing the shipping method and tracking number.  
 
 

What is Luxurious Baby Return Policy? TOP

Return Policy
 
Follow the steps below for an easy return:
Returns will be not be accepted without an Return Authorization Form and Code
 
To request a the Return Authorization Form and Code, please email along with your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return.
 
Please return the merchandise, to address given in the email and inside the box include the RA form and code. 
 
Customer pays for the return shipping cost.  Please ship your return using a trackable shipping method and please add insurance to your return.
 
 The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
 
Shipping charges are not refundable.
 
Orders shipped with Free Shipping will receive a refund minus the cost of actual shipping and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed after the return is received and process.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for refund to credit back to your credit card.
 
We can not accept returns for clearance items, special orders, or drop shipped mechandise.
 
We have a 10 day refund policy. Any items received after 10 days will not be refunded.
 
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
